Further to our telephone conversation early this afternoon, I felt compelled to write to you and ask that you pass this to your Director for comment. As I have told you on more than one occasion, we have been delighted with the way that you have looked after us by keeping us informed of what has been going on with each tenant, any problems, resolutions etc. Your service level has been exceptional and it is with some regret that we had not had occasion to work with MGY previously when the above property was purchased. Since taking over the account (for a number of years now), we have never been disappointed with your communications.

It is always too easy to find fault with a service and infrequently praise is given, thank you very much for everything you have done for us.
